The previously reported delay in report data has now been successfully resolved and all reporting data has been up to date from yesterday evening.

We have identified a delay with the generation of statistics that are used in all reports. Data is currently being processed and we expect this to clear this evening (GB) / afternoon (US).
The team is monitoring to ensure all data is processed as rapidly as possible.

We would like to remind you we are planning scheduled maintenance on our platform on Saturday the 18th March at 21:00 GMT / 17:00 EST.
The maintenance is expected to take 2 hours and during this period all our systems will be offline.
Once the maintenance has completed the UI will be restored (although expect slower response while systems re-learn), and email sending will resume, automatically catching up from what was due to be sent during the maintenance.
Note: API and transactional API errors will need to be retried by your systems, please ensure you are following best practices and have a retry mechanism in place.
